• 5% on all closed deals ($5k, $7.5k, and $15k packages)

What You'll Actually Do

Daily:

• 100-135 outbound contacts to web/digital agency owners via Instagram DMs & LinkedIn
• Respond to inbound leads in <5 minutes (we track this)
• Book minimum 3 qualified calls/day with agency owners doing $5k-$25k/month
• Manage full pipeline in Kondo (our proprietary sales system)
• End-of-day metrics & team check-in via Slack

Your Target:Small-to-mid size agency owners (UK, US, Canada, EU, Australia) stuck as "glorified freelancers" who want to scale beyond trading time for money. They're doing $5k-$25k/month and ready to systemize.

Qualification Criteria:

• Revenue range: $5k-$25k/month
• Coachable mindset
• Self-responsible (no victim mentality)

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Previous SDR/setter/outbound sales experience (agency/coaching/high-ticket preferred)
• Comfortable with 100+ daily outbound touches
• Strong written communication (you'll live in DMs)
• Experience with Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, or social selling
• Self-starter who thrives remote
• Available during US/UK business hours

Bonus:

• You've sold to agency owners or service businesses
• Background in digital marketing/agencies
• You've hit quota in a high-volume role before
