- You have accessed significant portions of the program content
- You have attended group or individual mentorship sessions
- You have downloaded our proprietary materials
- You are requesting a refund for a subscription renewal (only initial purchases are eligible)
Community Access Clarification
Educational Community Access:
- Community access is an integral part of the educational program
- Includes moderated forums, study groups, and peer discussions
- Focused on course material and curriculum topics
- Not a standalone networking service
Return Policy Impact:
- Participating in any community discussion constitutes use of the educational service
- Reading community posts for more than 30 minutes waives return rights
- Posting in forums or attending group sessions waives return rights

5. Refund Processing
Approved Refunds by Payment Method
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Klarna Payments: Refunded per Klarna's policies, typically 5-14 business days
- Bank Transfers: Refunded to originating account within 10-14 business days
Processing Times
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
6. Subscription Cancellations
