The role
Your job is to make sure every client gets results, and that we can prove it.
Our clients are agency owners going through the Price Leverage Model. You will be in the trenches with them: tracking progress, spotting when someone is stuck and getting them moving again. You will help build each client's 12 month roadmap and make sure we deliver on it.
When a client has a big win, you capture it. Testimonials, case studies and referrals come from you. This role sits at the centre of retention and growth, and has a clear path to Head of Client Success with a team underneath you.

- Spot clients who are stuck early and get them unstuck.
- Build and keep each client's 12 month roadmap up to date.

- Own renewals and keep clients on the long term programme.
- Spot and lead the conversation when a client is ready for more support.

- Run onboarding so every client starts fast.
- Keep Slack pods, accountability calls and 1 to 1s running on time.
- Make sure every client question gets an answer within 24 hours on weekdays.

- Capture testimonials and case studies at the moment of a big win.
- Ask for referrals when clients are happiest.
What success looks like
- You know every client, their numbers and their goals.

What you need
Experience
- 2+ years in client success or account management, ideally with agencies or B2B services.
- You understand how agencies sell, price and deliver.
- Comfortable leading commercial conversations about renewals and upgrades.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Traits
- Obsessed with client results, not just client happiness.
- Organised and on top of the detail across many clients.
- Direct. You will tell a client the truth when they need to hear it.
- Ambitious. You want to build and lead a team.
This role is not for you if
- You prefer to wait for clients to come to you.
- You avoid hard or commercial conversations.
- You want to manage accounts without caring about the numbers.
- You cannot work UK business hours.

- Remote, with daily overlap with UK business hours.
